here’s a list of swaps you can try instead: - Junk: It’s okay to have it sometimes! But you can switch your white bread for sourdough (it’s fermented and easier to digest; I like the one by English Oven), or regular pasta for lentil or sooji pasta. Love the ones by Pink Harvest Farms! - Sugar: Monk fruit sweetener by Trunativ, stevia by Organic India - Dairy: Lactose-free milk by Amul, almond or oat milk (any brand), tofu or low-fat paneer by Milky Mist (can even make it at home) PS: Curd can still be taken daily if you have PCOS — it’s fermented and great for gut health, so no need to cut it out completely! I personally love the Epigamia Greek Yoghurt 🫶🏻 - Gluten: Ragi atta by Organic Tattva or any other millet-based flour Top protein sources: Lentils, chickpeas, tofu, paneer, Greek yoghurt, plant protein powder (I use Cosmix one) Top fibre sources: Veggies, fruits, oats, chia seeds, and dry fruits Follow for part 3 coz we’re getting our periods back together! 🤝🩷 (PCOS, PCOS awareness, PCOS diet, PCOS swaps, diet plan, weight loss, irregular periods, hormonal imbalance, healthier swaps, girls, women, lifestyle, fitness, balanced diet) #pcos #pcosdiet #healthyswaps #dietplan #weightloss #periods #girls #balanceddiet #protein
