The medicine itself makes me feel calm--almost to the point of serene. Chilled. It was strange to me that I woke up this morning and my weight was down even before I started taking the diet pill---by almost two pounds. The only thing I had done differently yesterday in eating to prepare for starting this new weight loss journey was to eat pecan pie and a peanut butter cookie with peanut butter on it. Weird, huh?
